Thirty days to decide, on every piece bought through TUSY.

Window

Request a return within 30 days of delivery. EU law gives you 14 days as a minimum; we extend it.

Unworn, with all tags and original packaging. Pierced jewellery and made-to-order pieces are excluded.

Request the return from your order, print the label we send, and hand the parcel to the carrier.

Refunded to the original payment method within 5 working days of the atelier receiving the item.

Items from different labels return to different addresses. Each parcel gets its own label.
