Terms & Conditions

TUSY is a marketplace operated from Belgium. When you order, you buy from the independent seller listed on the product page, with TUSY acting as intermediary and payment processor.

1. The marketplace

TUSY presents products from independent European sellers in one storefront. The seller of record for each item is named on the product page and in your order confirmation.

2. Prices and VAT

All prices are shown in euro and include Belgian VAT where applicable. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

3. Orders

An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. If an item becomes unavailable we will cancel that line and refund it in full.

4. Right of withdrawal

EU consumers may withdraw within 14 days of delivery. TUSY extends this to 30 days for most items. See the Return Policy for the process and exclusions.

5. Liability

Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer under Belgian and EU law.

6. Law and disputes

Belgian law applies. Disputes may be brought before the competent courts of Antwerp, or through the EU online dispute resolution platform.
