Seller Terms
These terms apply to labels approved to sell on TUSY.
1. Approval and curation
Every label is reviewed before listing. TUSY may decline or remove products that do not meet the curation standard.
2. Commission
TUSY charges a commission on the value of each item sold. The rate is agreed per seller, may be set globally or individually, and is recorded on every order line at the moment of sale.
3. Payouts
Funds become available after the return window closes on the relevant order line, and are paid to the seller's connected payment account on the agreed schedule.
4. Fulfilment
Sellers dispatch within the stated handling time, provide tracking, and keep stock accurate.
5. Returns
Returns follow the TUSY return policy. Commission is reversed proportionally on refunded lines.
6. Compliance
Sellers warrant that their products, labelling and materials comply with EU law and that they hold the rights to all imagery supplied.
